Return Policy

ScalEliminator, LLC, accepts returns if the product does not perform as described when the proper method is followed, and the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method. To ensure the best quality, this policy is to help ensure that the return product was used properly so we can provide you with safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products that have not been

contaminated by any outside sources. Please note, returns will NOT be subjected to a re-stocking fee. Refunds are for product costs only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To return a purchased product, follow the steps below:

1. Email us your return request and state which items you would like to return. Include the following

in your email return request:

• Order number

• Photos of area before ScalEliminator infused sheets were applied

• Photos of area while infused sheets were applied

• Photos of area after infused sheets were removed

• Duration of infused sheets on surface being treated

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Package the products into their original packaging.

3. Put product(s) into shipment packaging along with the RAN sheet and aUix complete United

States Post al Service (USPS) return shipping label/information.

4. Bring your package to the post oUice with appropriate information and shipping fees.

Upon receipt of returned product, we will review and assess it for eligibility within 3 – 5 days. After it

has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to

14 days depending on your bank.
